After we were sent over the other side of the road for our 8 day stay and found sub standard shower and bath towels so thin you had to use two plus bath mats had to stay on floor as it was always wet from shower it could have ruined holiday, but as other guests had the same problems we managed. Saw rooms on right side of the road also brand new bath linen asked if we were paying less for some reason and told of course not. Just sub standard and would never tell friends who want to do our trip to stay at Silver Haven WE WERE LET DOWN AND FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE SOME DISCOUNT.
